1957 Bel Air Frame
1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 2dr Sport Coupe V8 automatic stock rolling chassis/frame. We are building a hot rod with an Art Morrison chassis/frame, so we do not need the original. Will come as a basic rolling chassis……..NO WHEELS/TIRES, NO ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION & other misc. Will come with drum brakes all around, old steering column, old steering box, steering components, front suspension, rear suspension, axle housing with differential. This frame has NOT been cut or modified, OTHER THAN a simple upper rear shock mounting bar, which can be easily removed! The frame & most components were painted black years ago, with quite a few parts that APPEAR NEW, but the car sat in storage for years, so there is surface oxidation on the frame……NO heavy rust or rot, no apparent damage! Sorry, we will NOT spend the time to assess what parts might have been new, so buyer should assume that it is all USED parts……..but you might be surprised!
